Our loan consultants are NOT realtors, nor will they pretend to be one, but if you aren’t in a major hurry to move, we have ways that can save you some money.

The following services are 100% free of charge.

1. Free internet listing. We will list your home on our web page at www.infinityfg.net until your home sells. Infinity pays to be toward the top of online search engines. If people are looking they will find us. 
2. Free use of a professional sign and information sheet. We have professional, heavy duty signs you can use displaying our information stating “For Sale by Owner.” This allows interested people to call us and not you so you aren’t interrupted when people call. When people call in and inquire, we will tell them word for word what you want us to tell them about your house. If someone is interested enough to want a walk through, we can schedule that for you. Also, we can attach an information tube to the sign so people driving by can get additional information on the spot. 
3. Prequalify prospective clients. Probably the most helpful tool we can offer is prequalifying interested parties. Not only would Infinity field the calls for you, when someone is serious, we can see if they even qualify to buy your home. Infinity is a mortgage company after all. The last thing we want to do is get your hopes up with a potential buyer just to find out they don’t meet the requirements to buy your home. This is the first step a realtor has to take too so they don’t show buyers the wrong homes.
4. Free document preparation. Most people know how to get a home ready to sell on their own but once you found a buyer, then what? Our loan consultants can help you with the purchase contract and payoff information. We can provide and show you how to sign a contract between you and your buyer as well as, order payoffs on what you owe and your asking price. We can also help facilitate the deed, declarations, and ground.
